Return & Exchange Window:
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and size exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility & Hygiene Policy:
- Bras and sets can be exchanged or returned if unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, briefs cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is opened, unless defective.
Return Shipping & Fees:
- • Return Shipping Fee: For returns, a nominal return shipping/reverse pickup fee of ₹60 is applicable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- • Size Exchanges: If you only need a different size, size exchange assistance is provided.
- • Restocking Fee: ₹0 (No additional restocking fee is charged).
Refund Process & Timeline:
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 5–7 business days.
